How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery, nationwide. You pay when your items arrive. (GCash and Maya aren't available yet.)
Is shipping free?
Yes, free shipping on orders ₱500 and up. Below ₱500 (e.g. 1 deck), shipping is ₱99. Orders before 4 PM Mon–Sat ship the same day; after 4 PM, Sundays and PH holidays ship the next working day. After shipping, delivery takes 1–3 working days in Metro Manila & Luzon, 4–7 working days in Visayas & Mindanao.
Won't it feel awkward?
The card asks the question, not you. Just read it out loud.
Will my family actually play?
Easy enough for the youngest and for lola. Simple to play, easy to read.
Is it in Tagalog or English?
Most decks are in Taglish. Only Couples V2 is in English.
Who is it for?
Family, barkada, partners, officemates, or people you've just met. Pick the deck that fits who you're talking to.
Can I mix decks?
Yes. Any 3 for ₱999, different or the same. Every extra set of 3 is also ₱999. Pass it Forward and the Comfort Journal aren't part of the 3 for ₱999 (they're Special additions).
What if it's not a fit for us?
You're covered by the Bakás Kwentuhan Guarantee: message us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement deck or a refund. Terms & Conditions
