About Bakás®

Bakás started with two people who needed a safe place to talk and could not find one. So they made one.

That turned into Comfort Cards®, Tagalog-English decks built around a simple idea: the hard part of a conversation is never the answer. Yung pagsimula.

Since then the cards have gone on road trips, sa sahig ng sala, into reunions and 2am conversations nobody planned. Into the things people had been meaning to say for years.

Bakás means the mark that stays. Every real conversation leaves one.

We are a Filipino brand for human connection, and we are building more ways to start the conversations that matter. Cards lang yung una.

Connections that leave a mark.
